Well Christmas has gone and I need to get back on track. It is so difficult considering the kids had been promised a New Year Party and I have nice things to eat. I have decided that for this week I will try not to have syns and use my healthy extras for nice meals. I am on a green day today and would like to have spaghetti bolognaise with real meat so I am going to have to work it all out. I have not had 3 of my healthy extras so far so one can be the spaghetti I think? and one can be the meat? and one can be the olive oil? I hope I am right.
Looking at my weight loss, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. 2.5lbs. I suppose I should have been careful not to put those other 2lbs on otherwise I would have lost 4.5lbs.
Anyway Christmas is over and there are no more occassions coming up. It is going to be new year with a fresh start and I am raring to go.
