| I have done a green days for 2 days now and I think I want a meat day. I had so much free food today and yesterday. Shakeels eyes nearly popped out of his head when he saw how much food was on my plate! I even started to wonder if I could eat all that but I reminded myself that it was ok and I even checked with Tazheem.  | |

|  they wouldn't be classed as free. You would have to use some syns up or healthy extras. | |
