I met Hettie a few years back She was a member on 40 Plusforever young. All members met up one year at my house. Hettie lives in Northfield i think......is that right Hettie??

hiya girls yes thats right hun i came to your house two times ,and i shall always remember it . i havent been here as my son had my laptop to tune his car and i didnt have details on hubbys ,but im here now and hope to restart my efforts to drop some pounds along with you girls .im totally off the rails at the moment and need to get back in the swing of things again so good luck all and heres to a healthy 2009 ......fingers crossed.

I feel that this effort will be a good one for all of us. The key is patience, don't expect to lose the weight fast. I am aiming for a pound or two a week and if I lose more it will be a bonus. I know that this will take a long time but I do not see Slimming World as a diet - it is a way of training yourself to choose healthier options. You never ever go hungry and you can have the odd treat.
