just great to see you back here hun ,i did miss you in the old place and i havent kept a chart since so im so please to get back to a routine or watching what im doing with food again , the fact is i need too because ive slipped sinc not having you buddies around .thanks again for invite look forward to sharing and caring hugs hettie

I am in the same position Hettie. In fact i have put weight on . Its really difficult when you have certain health problems.i.e arthritis and so on! I am so desperate now crying
