Well i thought i might have only lost a LB this week because of the peanut butter 3 times plus one or two other things but i was pleased to be told i had lost 2 LBS. Thats 9lbs in 3 weeks yes One more weigh in before xmas and i'm really going to try hard for another 2 lbs. I'm fine if i dont lose any Christmas week but i'm determined not to put any on.
Fingers crossed!!

Bravo You have done really well. I will post later because at the moment I am not in the mood. I went to a mehndi yesterday and I have a wedding tonight. On Tuesday I discovered I wasn't following plan correctly so all in all, I expect to weigh the same on Monday and I don't want to talk about it. I have not lost the plot and I am not over eating, I am going to carry on with this although I have a had a couple of setbacks at weak times. down

When you go to the wedding salma just eat meat.you have to be strong. I know there will be mostly fattening things but its all about control. They wont even have diet drinks oops eat plenty of free foods at home before you go. angel
