Well for me i am still doing Slimming world although over Christmas i did not lose anything (2 weighins) Its actually getting harder but i am still determined and some of my clothes are too loose so i have decided to go shopping at the end of the month when i will have lost a stone.

I am disappointed that this forum is not being used!! I am going to open it up to the public so lets see if we can get some support in here!

hiya hun ,sorry i havent been in here at all ,i havent put weight on but i have had flu all over christmas and new year and feel pretty yuk ,dieting hasnt even been thought of but a concious effort to eat right . the scales havent budged but i have worries at the moment as hubby may not have a job by end of march ,im unable to work at moment due to my mystery illness so i cant seem to put my mind to much ,i guess i soon could be on a new diet lol called the credit crunch diet .watch this space hahah hope to be back in here soon all take care and keep up your good work love to all hugs hettie.x

Once again i started a group at the request of my my daughter and she disappears again Because no one comes here i stopped posting my diary but i am still at slimming world.
How awfull to think Bob might lose his job! Times are getting really tough for everyone.
The credit crunch diet thats gonna be a killer, we'll all get fatter on the cheaper foods as we all know eating healthy is not cheap
